Meet the team

Jeff Hall

Managing Director

Jeff set out on his working life as a mechanical engineering apprentice for Rediffusion Flight Simulation gaining experience of all the facets of a corporate manufacturing company, achieving an HNC in ME. He then pursued a career in sales, working for Loctite and Xerox, before setting up Benchmark Reprographics in 1991. Jeff provides the strategic direction for the business but also has a very hands-on approach and can be found operating the printers (when it’s all hands to the decks!).

Elizabeth Hall

Director

Elizabeth has worked in several different industries, from airport to local government, mainly in administration roles. She is continuing that experience being responsible for the administration and finance of the business.

Oliver Hall

Sales & marketing executive

Oliver has been around the print industry his whole life, helping out since he was 16 years old. After working in the travel industry as a sales consultant, he joined the company full time in 2019. Oliver is responsible for looking after our existing clients and meeting any new potential ones, feel free to come say hello anytime!

Peter Daws

Operations Manager

Peter started his working life as a Print Delivery Runner and has worked in most aspects of a reprographics company. Peter joined Benchmark in 1995 and has worked his way through the ranks. Peter is responsible for the everyday operation of Benchmark, he is still running around to ensure all our deadlines are met, using his great eye for quality – sometimes referred to as Mr Quality!

Nick Gibbs

Digital Print Operator

Nick joined Benchmark in 2010 having worked in the print industry for over 30 years. There’s not much he doesn’t know about print. He is also trained as a Graphic Designer and you can find him tinkering with artwork ensuring the files are print ready.

Herbert Hall

The Office Dog

Herbie visits the office regularly and specialises at finishing snacks and receiving belly rubs. He has been around the print industry most of his life – his best bit of the day is lunchtime! Unlike the staff, he likes to sit, have a rest, and watch them working!
